AAC Blocks
Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks - light, precise and thermally efficient. Faster masonry, less dead load on the structure.
- 4 & 5 MPa grades
- Lightweight, load-bearing
- Thermal + acoustic insulation

Built to do more
Our AAC blocks are made with precision for high-performance construction across residential, commercial and industrial projects. Engineered for both load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, they bring strong compressive strength, minimal shrinkage, good seepage resistance and long-lasting durability - streamlining the build and making them a sound, sustainable choice.
Made of millions of tiny air cells.
AAC is made from raw materials like silica, cement, lime and gypsum. The silica reacts with aluminium in a chemical reaction that forms millions of tiny air cells - and those air cells are what give AAC its distinctive properties and benefits.
A block for every job
4 MPa AAC Blocks
Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks for load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, with strong compressive strength. Faster masonry, a more even surface, and less breakage thanks to higher density. Conforms to BIS 2185-3 (1984).
5 MPa AAC Blocks
A 5 MPa grade with higher compressive strength for added solidity, suited to both load-bearing and non-load-bearing work. Faster masonry with less breakage. Conforms to BIS 2185-3 (1984).
U-Blocks
A special block for bond beams, lintels and mullions to suit your structure and masonry - and equally handy for laying pipes.
C-Blocks
Customised blocks for industries that need to lay cables - a dependable alternative, especially across challenging terrain.
Sandbased AAC Blocks
Autoclaved aerated sand-based concrete blocks that add strength to the structure, with better resistance to seepage and drying shrinkage.
AAC vs ordinary blocks
Engineered for comfort and confidence
Mechanical properties
Easy to cut, saw or drill by hand, much like wood - so interiors can be shaped exactly the way you want.
Accuracy
An automated manufacturing process keeps every panel and block produced to a precise, consistent size.
Faster construction
Genuine cost savings: build time drops and labour costs come down.
Earthquake resistant
Lower structural mass reduces the impact of seismic acceleration on the building.
Saves electricity
The blocks help hold indoor temperature - by up to around 30% - which cuts energy bills.
High strength
Compressive strength in the range of 4.0 to 5.0 N/mm² keeps it ahead of ordinary blocks.
Water-efficient
Uses up to around 3% less water, helping conserve natural resources.
Fire-resistant
A best-in-class fire rating of 4 to 6 hours helps stop fire spreading between rooms.
Non-toxic
Made from an inorganic compound with no toxic substances - safe and eco-friendly.
Eco-friendly
A greener choice that helps cut at least 30% of construction-related environmental waste.
